RETURNS
WE HOPE THAT YOU LOVE EACH AND EVERY PRODUCT THAT YOU GET FROM US; HOWEVER, WE DO UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES YOU MAY NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM. CUSTOMERS HAVE 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THEIR ITEMS TO RETURN ANY WEBSITE ITEMS FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
- All sale items are final! NO RETURNS OR EXCHAGES ON SALE ITEMS.
- Website items that need to be returned must be unworn, like-new, and in the original packaging. No scents must be on the item.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to ship the item back to the boutique.
- Customers are responsible to reach out to Lexi Miller (see the contact tab) regarding any returns.
- If items are returned without reaching out to Lexi or after the 7 day return window, then the item(s) will
be donated and no exchange or credit will be given.
- We try our best to provide descriptions and photos, especially of clothing, to help limit the number of
returns and ensure you get the correct size for you.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please reach out and provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item within 7 days of receiving the item. Please note that any damage or defects caused by the customer are not the responsibility of the boutique (like tears or holes while wearing or unpacking,
shrinking or alterations from washing). If the item is approved for return, you will receive store credit or an exchange.
